We were approached by a repeat client to help him sell an investment property, a townhouse in Mountain View. He purchased the home new in 1978 and held it as a rental property the entire time. They had maintained the property but had not done any kind of significant cosmetic updates besides basic maintenance. So we analyzed the properties potential and it made sense to do a pretty full update including expanding and remodeling the kitchen, all new bathrooms, new floors, lighting and more. The result was successful. It did not hurt that the property was exactly halfway between the Apple Campus and the Google Campus.
