These wonder women took care of the stager, the beautiful photos, a website for the property, great brochures, and remarkably, had the property on the market in just a couple of weeks. They have good relationships with all of the needed resources, including banks for financing and lawyers to deal with TIC contracts. Our contribution was to say, “Yes, that sounds good”. Their selling strategy was perfect: we sold very quickly and for more than we were expecting. I can not give them a high enough recommendation.
